We always uphold the traditional values and saying. Keeping this values and saying ‘a healthy mind lies in healthy body’, GEMS trying always to polish the competitive spirit of students by conducting sports week every year. This event teach them ‘life is not bed of roses’, to achieve something we have to keep our sleeves up. And it commence in the month of January every year.
